Terms of service

Offshore Intelligence is an Offshore Liquidations service. These terms apply when you use the public search, order an Official BVI Company Report or activate Additional Due Diligence.

Public search and Additional Due Diligence

Additional Due Diligence organises information from the source categories described in the company profile and includes ongoing alerts for newly matched information. We do not guarantee that every source will remain available or that every event will be indexed, matched or delivered without delay. You remain responsible for checking the linked official source and meeting any deadline.

Report checkout and Additional Due Diligence

Each $50 report checkout includes the Official BVI Company Report and the first month of Additional Due Diligence. This includes a current profile, organises located material by category and provides ongoing alerts. It is not an official Registry report, a statement of current company status or a guarantee that every historical event has been located.

Subscriptions and billing

Additional Due Diligence costs $29 per company per month unless separate portfolio pricing has been agreed. Report checkout activates the subscription for every selected company. Ongoing alerts are included and the subscription renews monthly until cancelled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. You can manage or cancel the subscription through Billing in your account.

Official BVI Company Reports

By ordering, you authorise us to obtain the named report from the BVI FSC public search service on your behalf. The $50 initial payment includes the official fee, our fulfilment service and the first month of Additional Due Diligence for that company, without an automatic volume discount. An order may be refunded until it is submitted to the FSC. Once submitted, the official fee is non-refundable except where required by law. Delivery depends on the availability and operation of the FSC service.

Optional official documents

Director lists and certificates are separate one-time purchases. Availability depends on the entity and the official FSC service. If an optional document is confirmed as unavailable before it is obtained, that document line will be cancelled and refunded. An official fee that has already been submitted is non-refundable except where required by law.

Acceptable use

You must provide accurate order details, use the service lawfully and not attempt to defeat access controls, overload the service, resell private reports without permission or misrepresent public-source information as an official status confirmation.

No professional advice

The service supplies information and alerts only. It is not legal, financial, investment, sanctions, compliance or credit advice. Nothing on the service creates a professional-client relationship.

Availability and liability

We may suspend a source or automation where accuracy, security or an official third-party service requires it. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, or for a decision made without verifying the official source. Mandatory consumer rights are not excluded.
