ADDITIONAL DUE DILIGENCE
What is Additional Due Diligence?
A source-by-source public-information baseline helps explain what was located, why it may matter and where to verify it. Every report checkout includes the $50 Official BVI Company Report and first month of Additional Due Diligence.
Start with relevance, not a risk score
A company name appearing in a notice or judgment is not automatically adverse. The company may be a claimant, respondent, creditor, subsidiary or simply named in background facts. Each category therefore includes a short relevance explanation rather than an unexplained score.
Why a zero automatic result is not a clear result
Automatic matching depends on the current index, available identifiers and the way a name appears in the source. No automatic match does not confirm that a company exists, that it is in good standing or that no earlier event occurred. Additional Due Diligence keeps those boundaries visible.
Separate Additional Due Diligence from Registry information
Additional Due Diligence uses public material. It does not contain the private Official BVI Company Report or continuously refresh Registry status. If current Registry information is required, order the separate Official BVI Company Report for $50.
Ongoing alerts are included
The initial $50 payment includes the Official BVI Company Report and first month of Additional Due Diligence. Future reviewed changes can then be alerted. The service continues at $29 per company each month and can be cancelled anytime.
