SNAPSHOT OR ONGOING MONITORING?
Why a BVI company search is only a snapshot.
An official Search Report, a public-event timeline and monitoring answer different questions. A proportionate due-diligence workflow may use all three.
1. Use the official report for current Registry information
The standalone FSC Search Report provides the official information recorded when the report is obtained, including status, incorporation details, registered-agent information and filing history. It remains private.
2. Search the public timeline for indexed events
The free guest search previews possible automatic matches and relevant source categories. The $29 Public Intelligence Report reveals the source-by-source profile with relevance explanations and verification links. No match is not a Registry-status confirmation.
3. Add monitoring for what happens next
Monitoring is the prospective layer: it is designed for a lender, law firm, investor or other stakeholder that wants an email when a reviewed future public event matches the company.
