The Official BVI Company Report and Additional Due Diligence answer different questions. A proportionate workflow may use both.

1. Use the Official BVI Company Report for current Registry information

The standalone Official BVI Company Report provides the official information recorded when the report is obtained, including status, incorporation details, registered-agent information and filing history. It remains private.

2. Add a wider company profile and ongoing alerts

Additional Due Diligence shows the current source-by-source profile, relevance explanations and verification links. Ongoing alerts are part of the same service, notifying the customer when a reviewed change is filed or published. The first month is included with the report and it continues at $29 per company/month until cancelled.
