OFFICIAL BVI COMPANY REPORT
What is in an Official BVI Company Report?
An Official BVI Company Report is obtained through the BVI Financial Services Commission's public search service. It is a useful point-in-time Registry snapshot. The $50 checkout includes the report and first month of Additional Due Diligence.
Information in the report
The FSC says each report for a BVI Business Company or Foreign Company includes its name and number, company type, incorporation date, status description and status date, current registered agent and agent address, registered office address, share or capital information, previous-name history, transaction history and certificate history.
What a point-in-time search does not answer
The report does not watch the company after the search date. It does not tell you whether a later Gazette notice, published judgment or other public event will appear. It is also not a legal opinion, a certificate of good standing or a complete due-diligence exercise.
Private, standalone delivery
A purchased report is delivered privately to the customer account. Its contents are not copied into the public profile or used to enrich the public alerts database.
Additional Due Diligence starts with the report order
Every $50 report checkout includes the private report and first month of Additional Due Diligence. It provides a current source-by-source company profile and ongoing alerts for reviewed changes, and is shown separately from the private Registry report. It continues at $29 per month until cancelled.
